Here at Cauchy, we know diversity is our strength. But forms of gender-based violence, marginalization, and exclusion remain all too common in our communities and spaces of work.
These on-going problems drive Cauchy’s concern with tackling gender inequality head-on, and embedding truly inclusive practices in every area of our company culture and operations. In addition, CEO James Lowman participated in events at Velocity, the globally competitive startup incubator and current home of Cauchy Analytics, to mark International Women’s Day.
CMO Dr Rakshit Shetty and CTO Moslem SadeghiGoughari carried this work into our online spaces, and collaborated with our wider team to ensure we’re ready to address potential challenges of inclusivity during our rapid growth and development.
